Kirsten Goulde

Kirsten Goulde brings over 25 years of experience in human resources management, primarily within the senior services industry, having worked for a Medicare Advantage health plan, a large multi-state senior living operator, and two growing private duty home care companies.  Kirsten is passionate about providing the best care and services possible to the aging community and brings this passion to her position, where she works closely with the executive team to establish best-in-class human resources practices across the company.

Kirsten is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University and a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Design from Claremont Graduate University. She has been a featured presenter for Human Resources Today, sharing insights on emerging trends in the field.

Kirsten volunteers her time to music ministry at St Francis Episcopal Church in Palos Verdes Estates, and serves as a speaker for ovarian cancer awareness through the Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance (OCNA) Survivors Teaching Students® program.
