Jen Sato

Jen leads the organization’s clinical strategy and care delivery across all communities. She directs regional health services leaders, health services directors, and a multidisciplinary team that includes a registered dietitian and a regional transitional care team, while supporting cross-functional collaboration with sales, culinary, business office, memory care, and activities teams.

An active leader in the broader senior living and clinical community, she serves as a board member of the American Assisted Living Nurses Association (AALNA), contributes to the California Assisted Living Association (CALA) education committee, and participates in Argentum’s Clinical Quality Round Table.

Jen is a Licensed Vocational Nurse and studied Biomolecular Science at Chapman University. Outside of her professional role, she enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on her sons at judo matches and attending choir performances.
