Matt Stevenson

Matt Stevenson is the Chief Operating Officer at Oakmont Management Group. In this role, he works closely with the CEO and leadership team to advance the organization’s mission, values, strategic priorities, and growth goals. Stevenson works closely with the ownership partners and forges strategic relationships that build upon the organization’s success.

Stevenson joined Oakmont in 2018 as Senior Vice President of Operations and has been instrumental to the company’s growth. Prior to this role, Stevenson was Vice President of Operations for Belmont Village Senior Living. He has managed communities in multiple states and specializes in sales and marketing, operations management, financial analysis, strategic planning, oversight of new building openings, and the integration of technology platforms.

Stevenson is an active member of the California Assisted Living Association (CALA) advising on both the CALA CCRC committee and on the Workforce Development Committee. His contributions are a driving force for many new educational initiatives. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California State University of San Bernardino.
