The Ivy’s memory care neighborhood, Evergreen, provides compassionate, personalized care delivered by team members specially trained to support those experiencing memory loss. Our EverYou program is rooted in purposeful engagement and guided by five essential elements—Learn, Create, Connect, Fun, and Fit—each thoughtfully woven into every day. Residents enjoy twice-weekly excursions that encourage connection with nature, the greater community, and the world beyond our doors. At Evergreen, those living with memory loss continue to experience meaningful moments, create new memories, and find genuine joy in each day.

It’s Never 2 Late Interactive Computer System: iN2L offers content-driven engagement and memory support with touch screen systems ideal for both group engagement and individual experiences.

Eversound Headphone System: Eversound is an engagement amplifier that is designed to facilitate more effective communication to keep our seniors connected and engaged.

Rendever Virtual Reality: Designed for seniors, Rendever is a customizable reminiscence therapy tool with a focus on recalling magical moments and curating shared experiences.

Shadow Box Display Case: Located just outside each resident’s suite, designed to encourage memories and engage the mind, these displays serve as a visual representation of each resident’s legacy.

Parallel Programming: With multiple types of programs offered simultaneously, parallel programming offers engagement to residents at their own pace and level of interest.

A Whole Living Approach: Ivy’s signature activity program is built on the core principle of whole living. Our person-centered programming integrates a purposeful balance of five essentials elements, fostering both wellness and engagement.

Weekly Excursions & Scenic Drives: Our program is at least one outing per week. This allows our residents to get out and see the world, connect with nature, and engage in the community.

Sensory Based Programs: Every evening, we provide our residents an opportunity to wind down and prepare for a peaceful sleep with calming sensory activities, spiritual reflections, and a quiet atmosphere.
