The Ivy’s memory care neighborhood, Evergreen, provides compassionate, personalized care delivered by team members specially trained to support those experiencing memory loss. Our memory care program is rooted in purposeful engagement and guided by five essential elements—Learn, Create, Connect, Fun, and Fit—each thoughtfully woven into every day. Residents enjoy twice-weekly excursions that encourage connection with nature, the greater community, and the world beyond our doors. At Evergreen, those living with memory loss continue to experience meaningful moments, create new memories, and find genuine joy in each day.
