The Ivy’s memory care neighborhood, Evergreen, provides compassionate, personalized care delivered by specially trained team members supporting those experiencing memory loss. Our program is guided by five essential elements: Learn, Create, Connect, Fun, and Fit, each thoughtfully woven into daily life. Residents enjoy twice-weekly excursions that encourage connection with nature and the greater community. At Evergreen, those living with memory loss continue to experience meaningful moments, create new memories, and find genuine joy each day.
